About our sessions

Weekly sessions that grow with your child

As children reach different stages of development, they acquire new skills and improve existing ones.

SOCATOTS creates an optimum environment for children to develop their physical fitness and mental agility. The programme hones a child’s motor skills through activities using a ball, while enhancing their self-esteem and confidence.

Phase 1: Building foundations

A baby SOCATOT holding a football in their hand

Age: 6 months – 1 year

Session length: 30 minutes

These sessions focus on giving our youngest SOCATOTS solid foundations, such as motor skills and cognitive skills.

Activities for those who cannot walk yet are aimed at developing coordination and leg movements, and learning to sit.

The approach is focused on stimulating the development of social skills, personality, communication skills, counting basics, language and physical development.

Phase 2: Improving balance

Age: 1 – 3 years

Session length: 40 minutes

At this stage, sessions help our walking and talking toddlers improve the key skills they have already started to develop.

They will work on their coordination and balance and learn to move with greater speed and ease. Working on ball control gives them a great foundation for learning key football skills as they grow older.

Phase 3: Mastering footwork

Age: 3-5 years

Session length: 45 minutes

Our phase 3 SOCATOTS sessions help kids starting school put all their development skills into practice.

Children learn more challenging commands, and develop good habits such as holding their head up while practising footwork.Simple activities involving controlling the ball in the air are introduced, and children are encouraged to hone their juggling skills. They still work with their parents or carers, but also cooperate with other children in small groups.
