Football Classes For Every Child

All of our classes are filled with child appropriate activities that have been carefully designed for each age group.

Our football classes for 1 year olds are typically 30 minutes long, depending on which phase they are in. At this age they will be developing fundamental skills, working on movement, motor skills and cognitive skills.

As they progress in their development, beginning to walk and talk, the focus will be on improving the key skills they have already begun to develop. They will also begin working on ball control which will give them a solid foundation for learning key football skills as they grow older.

Our football classes for 1 year olds are designed for each child, based upon age but also where they are in their own development. Every child will be coached with an individual approach, helping in areas they find challenging and celebrated for all their successes.

  • Fully insured

This means that your child will be learning from professionals who are trained in child development. Your child will always be in safe hands.

You will play an active role in your child’s success

With our football classes for 1 year olds, you will play an active role in your child’s development and all the success they have whilst training and learning with us.

This is important because your involvement helps to increase your child’s confidence and self-esteem, whilst strengthening the emotional bond that you share.

Increasing confidence and self-esteem will help them during the big steps that they will be taking as the years pass – heading off to school, meeting lots of new people and forming friendships that may last a lifetime. If they choose to continue on with their football, with the goal of making it their career, confidence mixed with the other skills they develop with us will set them up for success.

How long are the classes for 1 year olds?

Our classes for 1 year olds are typically 30 minutes long.

Which class is best for my 1 year old?

We break our age groups down into phases and, at 1 years old, your child will be in Phase 1 (non-walkers) or Phase 2.

“Once children are walking, they can begin to develop their physical skills further in the areas of coordination, balance and agility. Using the basic skills of ball control acquired during the early sessions with Socatots, toddlers begin to progress rapidly, applying the balance they have already developed to control the ball in the air in new ways.”
