How Your Child Will Benefit From Our Classes For 4 Year Olds
Our football classes for 4 year olds are designed to give each child the best start in life. The skills they learn will set them up to have a happy and healthy life by providing them with skills across a variety of skillsets such as:
- Helping them develop their motor skills – balance, coordination and movement
- Helping them develop their cognitive skills – numeracy, speech and pattern recognition
- Helping them develop their social skills, their ability to work within a team, their communication skills and their confidence.
With our help and your involvement and support, your child may go on to become a star footballer but what we can guarantee is that they will get the best start in life.
Football Classes That Suit Every Child
All of our classes are designed to be appropriate for each age group. Our classes are designed to help your child steadily develop their skills as they grow and learn with us.
With our football classes for 4 years olds, each class is 45 minutes long and it is where we begin to put all the skills they have learned into practice. Your child will be learning more challenging commands and will begin to learn good habits such as keeping their head up whilst practising footwork. Simple activities will be introduced which involve controlling the ball in the air and honing their juggling skills.
In our football classes for 4 year olds, we still make sure to take an individual approach with each child, catering to each child’s specific needs. We want every child to feel confident in all areas so we will take time to help them overcome any parts that they are finding more challenging, alongside helping them to celebrate all their successes.
Expert Coaching From UKCFDS Accredited Coaches
Your child will receive expert coaching from all of our coaches. Each of our coaches is:
- DBS qualified
- UKCFDS qualified
- First Aid Trained
- Insured.
Your child will be in safe hands with us.
You Will Play An Active Role In Your Child’s Success
Within our football classes for 4 years olds, although we will begin to encourage cooperation by having the children working in small groups, we still want every parent to play an active role in their child’s class.
Having the parents play an active role is important because it will help to increase your child’s confidence and self-esteem, whilst strengthening the emotional bond that you share with each other.
This is really important throughout a child’s life but, at 4, big changes will be starting to happen in your child’s life. They will be heading off to school, meeting new people, making friends and learning a great deal. Having a healthy level of confidence and good self-esteem will set them up to enjoy all these new experiences.
Learning Teamwork And Cooperation
With our football classes for 4 year olds, we still want parents to play an active role but, when your child reaches this stage, we will begin placing them in small groups with other children to encourage cooperation and teamwork.
Alongside encouraging teamwork, this will further build their confidence and social skills as they learn how to cooperate and work with the other children. At 4, when they are heading off to school, these are excellent skills to have.
Your Child Will Shine Brightly In School And On Teams
We have heard from many happy parents about how their child, after coming to our football classes, have been ahead of the curve in their PE lessons and within their football teams.
This is always wonderful to hear because we want each child to leave our football classes for 4 year olds feeling confident and ready to use the skills that they have learnt from us. Within our classes, your child will learn and develop physical skills, master football skills and increase their social skills, cooperation skills and confidence.
Our football classes are setting each child up for success in many areas of their life so, whether or not they want to be the next Curtis Jones or Lauren Hemp, they will come away from our classes having learned vital skills.

Yes, this is a mandatory purchase, we like everyone to look the same in their kit. It’s a feeling of belonging to a team and the children look great! You have 4 weeks to purchase the kit, otherwise your space will be given to someone else.
Can I make up for missed sessions if I am away?
Yes, providing there is space on the alternative session you would like to attend. Discuss with your coach which sessions have spaces free and you can double up or change for that particular week. We do not offer refunds for missed sessions.
